Brand Strategist (Remote)

Aries Bloom Inc. is a holding company overseeing four distinct brands, each with its own identity, audience, and voice: BibisGlambar, a one-stop beauty bar providing hair, makeup, styling, and photoshoots for every occasion Sasy Couture, custom clothing, couture, and bespoke designs BB Soirée & Events, event planning and decor design Baddie Mums Club, a wellness and confidence community for mothers. The Role We're looking for a Brand Strategist who can hold multiple brand identities distinctly, without letting any one brand's voice bleed into another's. This isn't a single-brand marketing role. You'll be building and maintaining brand architecture across a portfolio, creating systems that let each business sound like itself while still rolling up coherently under Aries Bloom Inc. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain brand guidelines (voice, tone, visual standards) for each of the four (soon five) brands Build documentation and systems that let a distributed team execute consistently without founder review on every asset Support BibisGlambar's luxury repositioning with strategic direction on positioning, messaging, and market perception Maintain the boundary between the founder's personal brand and the holding company's public facing identity Collaborate with a five person virtual team (HR, EA, graphic designer, website designer, video editor) to execute brand strategy across channels Report on brand health and recommend adjustments as each business evolves
