Executive Assistant (Remote)

ROLE BRIEF: Personal Assistant to the Founder (With Brand Strategy & Graphic Design Support) Company: Aries Bloom Work Structure: Fully Remote About the Role We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative professional to support the Founder directly, contribute to brand growth, and provide light graphic design support across our brands (SASY Couture, BibisGlamBar, and Baddie Mums). This role sits at the center of the Founder's day-to-day operations and the broader brand's growth, requiring someone comfortable managing both administrative execution and strategic input. Key Responsibilities - Manage the Founder's communications, schedules, tasks, and follow-ups - Coordinate effectively between the Founder and remote team members across time zones - Monitor important communications and ensure timely updates and action - Contribute to brand strategy, development, and growth across all three brands - Collaborate with the Content Strategist/Video Editor on brand and content initiatives - Provide basic graphic design support for social media, announcements, and campaign materials using Canva and other tools - Track projects, deadlines, and outstanding tasks while keeping the Founder informed - Demonstrate initiative, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills Ideal Candidate Profile - Highly organised and proactive - Excellent at communication and follow-up - Comfortable working remotely and across time zones - Strategically minded and brand-conscious - Familiar with Canva and basic graphic design - Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
