Role Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring the execution of Masy Properties and Development Limited's real estate development and project activities. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are properly planned, coordinated, executed, and delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and company expectations. This role requires someone with strong project coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage contractors, artisans, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant project management, construction, real estate development, site coordination, or project supervision experience. Key Responsibilities The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor assigned real estate development projects from commencement through completion. The role will involve creating project timelines, tracking deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring that project activities remain on schedule. The Project Manager will coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, consultants, surveyors, engineers, and other professionals involved in project execution. The Project Manager will conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved project requirements. The Project Manager will identify delays, operational challenges, quality concerns, and potential risks and take appropriate steps to resolve or escalate them. The role will require regular communication with Management regarding project progress, challenges, costs, timelines, and required decisions. The Project Manager will ensure that contractors and service providers deliver according to agreed specifications and expectations. The role will involve maintaining proper project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, project updates, and other relevant documents. The Project Manager will monitor project resources and assist in ensuring that materials, labour, and other resources are properly coordinated. The Project Manager will support cost control and ensure that project activities are carried out responsibly and efficiently. The Project Manager will work closely with the Operations, Sales, Administration, Accounts, and Management teams to ensure that project execution aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Requirements A minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate development, site supervision, or project coordination is required. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of project reporting and documentation. Ability to identify project risks and address issues proactively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards. Ability to travel between project locations across Lagos and Ogun State. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other project management or reporting tools is an advantage.
