Personal Assistant (Remote)

About the Role We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and social media savvy professional to work closely with the Founder of Wemiz Beauty Temple. This role combines Personal Assistant responsibilities with social media management, with a strong focus on growing and managing the Company's TikTok presence, while also supporting the management of Instagram and other social media activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, keeping the Founder organised, following up on important tasks, managing day-to-day communication, and taking ownership of the Company's social media presence. They should also have a good understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok, and be able to identify content opportunities that can help the brand grow. Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organised, proactive, and dependable. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities independently. Strong understanding of TikTok and current social media trends. Comfortable managing Instagram and other social media platforms. Creative and able to generate engaging content ideas. Good understanding of beauty, lifestyle, and social media content. Comfortable using social media management and content creation tools. Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of important tasks. Good attention to detail. Professional, discreet, and trustworthy. Able to work closely with the Founder and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience as a Personal Assistant, Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or in a similar role is an advantage. Salary: 100k with Data Allowance and other Incentives
