Role Summary The Client-Facing Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients of Masy Properties and Development Limited. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant project management, construction, real estate development, site coordination, or project supervision experience. Key Responsibilities The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor assigned real estate development projects from commencement through completion. The role will involve creating project timelines, tracking deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring that project activities remain on schedule. The Project Manager will coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, consultants, surveyors, engineers, and other professionals involved in project execution. The Project Manager will conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved project requirements. The Project Manager will identify delays, operational challenges, quality concerns, and potential risks and take appropriate steps to resolve or escalate them. Requirements A minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate development, site supervision, or project coordination is required. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of project reporting and documentation. Ability to identify project risks and address issues proactively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards. Role Summary The Inspection & Operations Officer will support the company in monitoring, inspecting, and coordinating activities across Masy Properties and Development Limited's estates, project sites, and operational locations. This is a field-oriented role suitable for someone who is observant, organized, physically active, responsible, and comfortable travelling between different project locations. The successful candidate will be expected to regularly visit project sites, monitor site conditions, identify issues, document findings, take photographs and videos, prepare reports, and communicate updates to Management. The role will also involve supporting the Operations / Inspection Manager and working closely with contractors, artisans, surveyors, security personnel, site workers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities The Inspection & Operations Officer will conduct routine inspections of company estates, lands, and project locations. The officer will monitor site conditions including boundaries, beacons, fencing, roads, drainage, development activities, and general site appearance. The officer will identify and promptly report issues such as encroachment, trespassing, illegal construction, damage, security concerns, poor workmanship, or other operational problems. The officer will take clear photographs and videos during inspections and maintain proper documentation of site activities. The officer will prepare inspection and operational reports and submit them within the required timelines. The officer will support client site inspections, property viewings, land allocations, and handover activities when required. The officer will assist in monitoring contractors, artisans, and site workers and report on the progress and quality of assigned work. The officer will liaise with relevant site personnel and stakeholders when required and escalate important issues to Management. The officer will support the Operations / Inspection Manager in ensuring that company procedures and site standards are followed. The officer will assist with other field and operational duties as assigned by Management. Requirements A minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in Estate Management, Building Technology, Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates and candidates interested in developing a career in real estate operations are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in site inspection, estate management, construction, property management, or field operations is an advantage. The candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently across Lagos and Ogun State. The candidate must be comfortable working outdoors and visiting project sites regularly. Basic knowledge of Google Maps, GPS, smartphone photography, and location tracking is required. Good written and verbal communication skills are important.
